I would like to divorce my Iranian wife. She has assets in Tehran, Iran. What steps can I take to include those assets as part of the divorce?

Ten years of marriage and two kids and my wife and I are divorcing. We want to do this amicably and agree to file for uncontested divorce. The kids will stay mostly with her and visit with me. I know under Texas law I have to pay child support and I am willing to do so but we don’t know how to determine how much. If we file the uncontested divorce, will a judge figure out at our divorce hearing how much child support I am supposed to pay? Or can my wife and I just determine an amount we both agree to?
